Donacja zarodków we Lwowie
Mechanizm donacji zarodków został dokładnie opisany w Rozporządzeniu Ministra Zdrowia nr 787.
Zgodnie z nią dawcami zarodków mogą być pacjenci programu ZIV, u których niewykorzystane zamrożone zarodki pozostają w kriobanku po urodzeniu dziecka. W przypadku zapłodnienia komórek jajowych dawczyni nasieniem dawcy możliwe jest ich przeniesienie do jamy macicy biorczyni lub kriokonserwacja (z późniejszym transferem w kolejnych cyklach).
Za dobrowolną, świadomą, pisemną zgodą pacjentów-dawców, zarodki te mogą zostać wykorzystane do przekazania niepłodnej parze pacjent/biorca, a także niezamężnym biorczyniom.
Odbiorcy (na własną prośbę) mogą otrzymać portret fenotypowy dawców gamet i zarodków.
Wykorzystanie zarodków dawcy odbywa się na podstawie wniosku pacjenta(ów) dotyczącego wykorzystania wspomaganych technik rozrodu z wykorzystaniem zarodków dawcy.
